Yes yes, this looks wonderful. Delightful take on a classic. Was it too rich? Ha ha probably not.

Very, very impressive. In my many years in the kitchen, have only seen this done successfully once before. Wish the picture was a bit closer on the main dish, but kudos for taking this one. Well done.
