OMG this looks awesome, yummy yummy comfort food! Plus the veggies look amazing. Good brussels are hard to do sometimes.

The secret ingrediant is substituting Stove Top Stuffing in place of the bread crumbs…

Yay for meatloaf! This is wonderful. I have heard the idea of stuffing and will for sure try it, thank you for the insight! Looks like the right level of moisture which can be tricky.
